Lavender bath salts

A timeless fragrance, favourite of many, the gentle, floral scent of lavender not only adds a pleasant fragrance to the bath but also promotes a sense of tranquility and relaxation. Lavender is often associated with stress relief and is believed to have aromatherapeutic benefits that can help calm the mind and promote a restful night's sleep.
 
Ingredients:
Epsom salts
Himalayan rocks and fine salts
Sea salt
Fragrance and/or essential oils
Polysobate 80
Tapioca starch
 
Sprinkle about 2-4 tablespoons of this mix in to your bath water, let the larger salt rocks dissolve then just soak in your body and relax.
